Will the funeral home charge extra if I buy a casket from you?
No. Under Federal Trade Commission rules, funeral homes must accept our caskets without additional fees.

Consumers have the right to choose funeral goods and services. Funeral homes cannot refuse or charge a fee for handling a casket purchased elsewhere.

Are your caskets high quality despite the low prices?
Absolutely. Low overhead and bulk purchasing enable us to offer top-quality caskets at the best prices. Available in 18-gauge steel and solid wood, with high-quality fabric interiors. Our designs are sturdy, tasteful, and dignified, earning enthusiastic customer support.
3. Burial Vaults
Do you sell burial vaults?
No, we currently sell only affordable caskets. This may change in the future, and we’ll update the site accordingly.
4. Payment Options
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks or cash. Checks must clear your bank before shipment or delivery.
5. Memory Record Tube
What is a memory record tube?
A small 1/2-inch diameter, 3-inch long plastic tube that screws into the casket end. It holds the deceased’s information for identification, eliminating the need to open the casket if exhumation is required.
6. Pickup Option
Can I pick up the casket myself?
Yes, you can pick up from our warehouse with no delivery fees.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, in Texas we charge 6.75% sales tax.
9. Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order anytime. After shipping, a 25% restocking fee plus delivery/return shipping costs apply. Orders on hold incur a 25% cancellation fee. Used caskets are non-returnable. Policy is valid for 5 days post-delivery.
10. What’s Included
What comes with the casket?
Everything shown in the picture: pillow, throw, and an Allen wrench to lock the casket.
11. Locking Mechanism
How does the locking mechanism work?
The casket includes a 5-inch Allen wrench with a handle. Unscrew the end cap, insert the wrench, and turn counterclockwise 5–6 times to unlock. The lid can then be raised. Funeral homes typically have these wrenches on hand.
12. Customizations
Can you add custom metal art to the casket?
Yes, we can add custom metal art accents (e.g., tractors, horses, motorcycles) to the exterior. Interior personalization, like hunter’s camouflage, is also available. Call us at 903-856-1705 to discuss your request.
